Why We Do
In everything we do, we believe in challenging the status quo, and we believe in thinking differently to make a difference. The way we challenge the status quo is by doing all that is necessary to achieve social justice, economic justice, political justice, and environmental justice, as well as equality by ending all types of - discrimination, oppression, and suppression. In doing so, we aim to build our country as enshrined in the PREAMBLE of our Indian Constitution.

మేము ఏ పని చేసిన సరి కొత్త ఆలోచనలతో మరియు నూతనం గా చేయాలనీ మరియు , ఇప్పుడు మన దేశంలో నెలకొన్న పరిస్థితితులను సవాలు చేయాలని నమ్ముతున్నాం. రాజ్యాంగ బద్ద పాలన ; రాజ్యాంగంలో పేర్కొన్న విధంగా - మనిషిని మనిషిగా గుర్తించి , వివక్షలు లేని, దోపిడీ లేని, సమసమాజం (గ్రామ స్వరాజ్యం) స్థాపించే దిశగా సవాలు చేస్తూ పని చేయాలని గట్టిగ నమ్ముతున్నాం.
How We Do (Values, Principles and Beliefs)
We have a set of values, principles and behaviours that we all demonstrate. We have a rigorous induction process to join those who are aligned with our ‘why’, ‘how’, and ‘what’.
We believe in ‘Trust & Inspire Leadership style’ as against the traditional ‘Command & control style’.
We demonstrate by MODELLING, as to ‘who we are’.
We lead by TRUSTING those who have the potential to unleash their inner potential.
We “connect people to Why” by INSPIRING.
We believe that every individual has the potential like a seed which can be unleashed by creating the right environment.
We believe that everyone is born equal and if opportunity is given they can do wonders.
We believe in diversity, which generates creativity and talent for solving today’s complex problems. We embrace diversity.
