Dr Mahesh Banda

Dr. Mahesh Banda from the USA believes that social justice is a combination of activists raising the concerns and bringing it to the attention of institutions and to leaders, to establish it broadly, thereby bringing its benefits to the nation. Regardless of your job, there is activism within it, and it doesn’t matter what pay grade you are at, there is always room to improve and maintain your pace for its progress. However, when we view the same job from a broader perspective, we see millions of issues to address, requiring millions of hands to create a better life for future generations.

Empowering people through a committed developmental ideology is the key, and he believes this can be achieved with sincere efforts, as there are plenty of examples in our lives where significant results can be accomplished with minimal effort but needs stronger commitment. He is on board with the JMI (Justice Movement of India) because he believes that it consists of individuals with sincerity, integrity, and a strong passion to work.

His grassroots are from Karimnagar, Telangana.

Ilesh Vallala

Ilesh believes that “ the people are whole people and the job of a ‘true leadership’ is to inspire, not merely motivate. The ultimate goal is to get to inclusion - where people’s voices are heard and they bring their whole Selves To Work.” He is very passionate about making a DIFFERENCE in the Society by bringing awareness about the democratic values among the rural masses in choosing ‘true leadership’ as their representatives, who can contribute selflessly for a just and fair society.

Ilesh is now serving as the National Co-Convener of Justice Movement of India (JMI). With a strong commitment to social justice, his focus is to work towards amplifying the voices of common people, addressing community issues, and creating platforms for meaningful dialogue between citizens and the government.

Narender Kalal

He believes that true justice is not just about Laws but about ensuring dignity, equality, and opportunities for every individual. Change begins at the grassroots level — when we listen to the concerns of people in villages, towns, and cities, and collectively work to bring solutions. Through JMI, his vision is to build a just and inclusive society where people feel empowered, aware, and supported.

Narender is now serving as the National Co-Convener of Justice Movement of India (JMI). With a strong commitment to social justice, his focus is to work towards amplifying the voices of common people, addressing community issues, and creating platforms for meaningful dialogue between citizens and the government.

Suresh Bushaboina

Suresh strongly believes that “There is enough everyone, so the job of a ‘True Leadership’ is to elevate caring above competing.” He further believes that “the way you achieve your own success is to be willing to help somebody else get it first.” He is committed to the achievement of the values enshrined in the Preamble of our Constitution. Through the Justice Movement of India, he is passionate about empowering the people to use their voice, rights and their unity to bring about meaningful change in the society. He is a firm believer that “together, we can create a Nation where truth prevails, and justice reaches even the last citizen.” He completed his Masters in Information Technology.

Akarsh Sriramoju

" The future will be best experienced by living. But in order to make this future livable, we will have to solve the problems of the present ".

Akarsh believes that the community around us shapes our lives and problems arise because of this influence. So, to ensure people lead a safe life in their communities, we must bring true democracy through local-self governance. Thus, with knowledge and experience in psychology, technology, and policymaking, he embarked on a journey to bring systemic change to make India a progressive nation

Rahul Kodarapu

"Ignorance is not bliss" and one can't sit idle once you've seen the injustice in the world. This is what motivates Rahul to keep working for the betterment of the community.

As someone who lived in a Western country for half a decade, he believes that India has the potential to become a developed country while ensuring sustainability but what's missing in India is just the Political Will. In his opinion, there is an urgent need to switch from the current Vote bank based Politics to a Development based politics in our country along with strengthening our civil soceities and implementing electoral reforms.

Ramesh Konagala

Ramesh believes that “When you have disciplined people, you do not need hierarchy. When you have disciplined thought, you do not need bureaucracy. When you have disciplined action, you do not need excessive controls. So, our challenge is to develop a team who can consistently demonstrate these three forms of discipline: disciplined people, disciplined thought and disciplined action.”

He is very passionate about making a DIFFERENCE in the Society and committed to the values of Democracy. He believes in challenging the existing status-quo and emphasizes that our collective responsibility is to produce ‘True Leadership’ with integrity and character from the gross-root level for creating a Just and Well-being Society. To him, ‘True Leadership’ is not about the next election; but about the next generation; it is not about ‘power’, but about ‘empowerment and service’.

He is native of Warangal Town in the State of Telangana and is currently working in Information Technology in the USA. He is determined to use his strategic and influencing skills to social, economic, political and environmental justice. He is associated with several voluntary organisations in the areas of ‘Sustainable Communities and Agriculture’, ‘Climate Change and Sustainable Development’, ‘Clean Water Initiatives’, ‘Improving Educational Standards in Poverty-stricken communities’ and so on.

Kannarapu Parashuramulu

Parashuramulu believes that “Leadership is stewardship, so the job of a ‘True Ladership’ is to put service above self-interest.” He dedicated his 30 years of service in the upliftment of downtrodden in the State of Telangana. He is a firm believer in the democratic values. His focus is on building a ‘just and fair society’, by educating the people about our Democracy and the Constitution. He is serving the JMI as the “National Co-Convener”.

Kommula Surender

Surender believes that “Leadership is about empowering other people as a result of your presence - and making sure that impact continues into your absence. And the best way to create an enduring influence from the inside out is to simply ‘go first’; to look in the mirror; to model the behaviour.” He dedicated his entire life for the emancipation of the poor people selflessly. He is now serving JMI as the National Co-Convener.

Avinash Jadhav

He believes every individual deserves the same rights, opportunities, and dignity, regardless of gender, caste, religion, class, or background. He sees inequality as one of the biggest barriers to a fair and just society. He believes policies should focus on uplifting marginalized groups and removing systemic barriers.

His Values:
  • Fairness: Everyone should be treated with the same respect and have equal access to resources.
  • Justice: Laws and governance should protect the weak from exploitation and discrimination.
  • Inclusivity: He appreciates diversity and wants all voices — especially those often silenced — to be heard in decision-making.

  • Passionate about reaching education, healthcare, and opportunities to all citizens equally.
  • Passionate about creating policies that reduce the gap between the rich and poor.

    Avinash is determined to work towards building a society where equality is not just a principle on paper but a reality in everyday life.

    He did his Ph.D in Computer Science and is currently working as an Associate Professor.
  • Suresh Kumar Gottimukkala

    Suresh Kumar believes that “Leadership is not a popularity contest; it is a credibility contest. Formal authority can be seized, won, or bestowed. Moral authority must be earned by who you are and how you lead.” He has been making significant contribution to the children of the rural areas by establishing educational institutions at the primary level. He is now serving JMI as the National Co-Convener.

    Seema

    Seema believes that “Leadership is a matter of how to be, not how to do.” She further believes in living always full spectrum being a Concerned Citizen of the Country and puts her efforts in galvanizing energies to solve problems of Co Citizens from the perspective of human welfare, Social reform, reconstruction of the Human Society.

    She is passionate about promoting communal harmony and amity among people of different communities, establishing peace and tranquility, fostering democratic values in the Society, securing rightful status to women in the Society and removing poverty, disease, ignorance by adopting moral, constructive, peaceful and Constitutional means and ways.

    Shiva Anumula

    Shiva believes that development is not about creating new high rise buildings, getting shopping malls and so on. The actual development means when every person in a particular area lives a happy, healthy and joyful life, and when everyone gets equal opportunity to realize their fullest potential. In a democratic society every citizen should participate actively in democratic processes to make our lives meaningful and purposeful.

    Kamalakar

    Kamalakar believes that "Everyone has the power for greatness -- not for fame but greatness -- because greatness is determined by service."

    Renuka Vadhari

    Renuka believes that “Leadership is not about your ambition. It is about bringing out the ambitions of your team … The leader must have both the courage to take people to a daring destination and the humility to selflessly serve others on the journey.” She retired as the Head Master of Government Schools. She dedicated her life for imparting quality and value-based education as a teacher and Head Master through out her career. She is committed to Vision - “Preamble of the Constitution” and a very disciplined and consistent contributor in various projects taken up by the Justice Movement of India in its journey towards its ‘Vision’.

    Mallikarjun

    Mallikarjun believes that "As a leader ... your principal job is to create an operating environment where others can do great things."

    Manimaran

    Manimaran is passionate in bringing about Political and Economic Reforms in our Country. He strongly believes in DEMOCRACY, where "Majority Wins " so my mission is to Educate every citizen of India Constitutionally and Economically. His aim is to change this Capitalistic society to a wellbeing and happiest society.

    Vijay

    Vijay believes that "Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can."

    MK Rajender

    Rajender believes that "The number one thing that you have to do as a leader: to bolster the confidence of the people you lead." He served as the Gram Sarpanch of a major Gram Panchayat in the State of Telangana. He is very passionate about rural development.

    Balakrishna Devarakonda

    Balakrishna Devarakonda did his Masters in Pharmacy and joined Canara Bank as an Assistant Manager. His passion for serving the society in a meaningful way made him to resign the Bank Job, started a small business to become financially independent and entered into active politics in the year 2024. He is very passionate and committed to contributing his best in the service of the community. He believes that it is not about next elections, but about next generation.

    A Papaiah

    Papaiah believes that "The number one thing that you have to do as a leader: to bolster the confidence of the people you lead." He is working as the Chief Planning Officer in District Administration.

    Siddharth Hariyala

    Siddharth strongly believes in and is inspired by the values of Jyotirao & Savitribai Phule, Dr.BR Ambedkar, Periyar, Kanshi Ram, Karl Marx & Environmentalists. Based on those values he emphasises to achieve social, political, environmental & economical justice.

    He is a film producer and wants to build a just society by spreading awareness through films, he aims to become Telugu film industry' Pa Ranjith and India's Robert redford.

    Jay Prakash

    His lifetime passion is to see a democracy where health is never a privilege but a birthright, where every citizen stands as a custodian of equality, and where the measure of freedom is the wellness of all.

    His vision is of a country where each person envisions a society where no one’s health is treated as less important than another’s.

    He values that Citizens in a country see themselves as guardians of one another’s well-being, not just beneficiaries of a few token rights or charity.

    He believes in a democracy where my neighbor’s health is as sacred as my own, where hospitals are temples of equality, and where no child, elder, or worker is denied care because of what they earn or who they are.

    Ramu Rao Chataraju

    Ramu strongly believes that justice must reach every home — socially, economically, politically, and environmentally.

    His passion is to stand with the people at the grassroots level, understand their real problems, and help correct long-standing issues in our systems.

    His mission is to empower citizens with awareness, encourage active participation in community decisions, and support transparent, people-centered governance.

    He is now devoted to working for a society where every person is treated fairly and given equal opportunities to live with dignity. Through JMI, he is contributing to building strong, inclusive, and sustainable communities that prioritise fairness, accountability, and collective well-being.

    Srikanth Angirekula

    Srikanth Angirekula is currently working as a Lecturer at Hyderabad.

    He believes that leadership is about responsibility and service, not authority or control. He further believes that true change begins within and reflects outward through consistent action.

    He values collective growth over individual gain and collaboration over competition.

    He commits to standing for justice, fairness, and equality in all circumstances and strives to act with courage, patience, and integrity, even in the face of challenges.

    Srikanth is one of the passionate and committed individuals in our team contributing his knowledge and expertise in achieving the ‘Vision’ of the Justice Movement of India.

    Champla

    Champla is a PhD-qualified professional with a strong academic foundation, extensive competitive experience, and active political engagement. His background reflects a commitment to excellence, critical thinking, leadership, and public service. Through academic research, competitive platforms, and political involvement, he developed strong analytical skills, strategic decision-making abilities, and a results-oriented mindset. He is dedicated to contributing knowledge-driven solutions, ethical leadership, and impactful initiatives for institutional and societal development.

    Champla is now actively involved in various activities taken up by the Justice Movement of India in engaging, educating and enabling the people towards a ‘Just and Fair Society’, in accordance with the objectives enshrined in our Constitution.
